As the Founder & President of The Salesman (TSM) Strategic Hub, Jerome leads high-impact sales training and business consulting services, empowering organizations and professionals to optimize sales performance and achieve business growth. His corporate training portfolio includes engagements with leading companies such as Gold Coast Food Group, MTN, HR BIC Ltd, Miqdadi Ltd, and OML Africa.
Recognized for his thought leadership, Jerome was invited by the European Technology Chamber (EUTECH) to speak on "Tech Leapfrog: Accelerating Innovation across Africa." His commitment to education and professional development also earned him a nomination by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) to serve on the Curriculum Review Panel for the National Board for Professional and Technician Examinations (NABPTEX, Ghana).
