Drawing from a diverse background in enterprise corporate leadership, consulting, and talent enablement, Kevin founded BCivilized Solutions, a workforce and business development consultancy in 2023. Operating from South Florida, Atlanta and Accra Ghana, BCivilized Solution's mission is to enable tech talent within organization to drive business value through digital solutions, while supporting pathways for individuals to start their careers in tech.

At BCivilized Solutions, Kevin spearheads initiatives focused on digital accessibility, offering workforce optimization services as a Salesforce Workforce Partner and Cisco Systems Network Academy. His approach to workforce development emphasizes not only technical proficiency but also professional development and business etiquette. He also supports digital capability expansion in West Africa through BCivilized Solutions strategic partners.
