As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at First Bank, he oversees IT operations, infrastructure management, and project execution, ensuring the bank’s seamless technological operations.
Previously, Adewale led retail banking operations across Southern and Eastern Nigeria, improving customer service through advanced analytics and process automation. He is skilled in managing cross-functional teams and has earned notable recognitions, including the 2021 "CIO of the Year" award in Nigeria. Adewale is also a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Lead City University, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning.
